Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
1. Email our customer support at admin@salveoorganicbarley.net with your order details and reason for return.
2. Attach photos of the product showing the issue.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions.
4. Ship the product back to us at the provided address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or replacement within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
